Oxbow's Reading Club

Encouraging Early Literacy...

Slip into Oxbow every Saturday for story time starting at 11am!  A $1 donation earns your child a show (with pictures, puppets, or skits!) plus a new membership card.  After 10 visits to Oxbow’s Reading Club ($1 donation = 1 stamp), your child’s membership card can be redeemed for a gift!

Pre-registration is not required.

Volunteer Opportunity:

Would you like to encourage your child and others to read?   Or, would you like to share your passion for reading?  Volunteer as a story teller for Oxbow's Reading Club.  Our volunteers are encouraged to research books and assistance will be provided for creating puppets or other materials to enhance your story time.  For more information, please contact our volunteer coordinator, Patricia Lassister, at 706-507-8546 or by email at lassiter_patricia1@columbusstate.edu.
