Administration: Our administrative volunteers help with the day to day tasks that keep Oxbow running, answering phones and maintaining the library.
Naturalist: Oxbow Meadows is always looking for naturalists to help with our environmental education programs. Naturalists can come from a variety of backrounds ranging from formally trained teachers to backyard birders. Whatever your specialty -birding, plants, wildlife photography -Oxbow can utilize your talents to help in our mission of providing quality educational programs.
Special Events: Each year, Oxbow Meadows hosts a variety of special events including our annual Reptile Fest and Insectival. The success of these events is attributed to our volunteers. Volunteers help with event setup, ticketing, craft tables, games, and a variety of other event-specific tasks.
Gardening: Oxbow Meadows has a variety of gardens and wetland trails that require regular maintenance. Garden work ranges from weeding to tree removal.
