Scout Programs
Looking for new and exciting ways to work towards badge requirements? Look no further than Oxbow Meadows! During our scout programs, we will guide scouts through several hands-on activities that will help them work towards their badge, journey, or awards. All programs follow requirements and standards set forth by the Boy Scout and Girl Scouts associations.
As of August 2023 all program requests must be submitted 45 days prior to the preferred program date.

Eagle Scout & Honorary Awards Opportunities
Oxbow Meadows allows Scout Projects on a case-by-case basis. We welcome Eagle Scouts to contact Oxbow Meadows to talk about opportunities for completing their Eagle Scout Project.
Service Hours
If you are looking for ways for your troop to earn service hours, we always have projects happening at Oxbow Meadows ranging from trial maintenance to cleaning our animal enclosures.
Scout Program Registration
Pricing:
- One hour programs is $5 per participant, minimum is 8 participants
- All additional siblings/friends/’tag-alongs’ who will be attending: $5/each (max 10)
- Siblings 2 years and younger are free
- Troup Leaders and parents are free
- Maximum group participation size is 25
Scheduling Information:
As of August 2023 all program requests must be submitted 45 days prior to the preferred program date.
- Programs can be scheduled Tuesday - Saturday

- Further instruction will be sent along with a confirmation email
- All minors participating in the scout program are required to turn in the Oxbow Program Waiver (PDF)
