F.A.Q.

What to expect?

Oxbow's Early Childhood programing is taught by a Environmental Educator who provide loosely structured guided activities to help caregivers interact and connect their early learner to nature.

Themes will vary weekly as we explore nature using music, movement, crafts, and hands-on sensory activities and build social/emotional skills.

What to bring?

Caregivers are welcome to wear, carry or push children in strollers for activities. The trails used will be stroller accessible.

Depending on your child's needs, we encourage you to bring water and snacks to enjoy.

We encourage caregivers to bring a blanket or other cushioning for sitting on the ground outside. Accessible picnic tables are available for those unable to sit on the ground.

What if the weather...?

Classes are held outdoors rain or shine! Please wear weather appropriate clothing and foot wear.

In the case of inclement weather classes may be moved inside at the discretion of staff.
