Oxbow Meadows is pleased to present Teambuilding for schools, businesses, scouts, clubs, and other organizations.  This highly interactive program is designed to develop communication, cooperation, trust, leadership, and skills for working as a team.  We combine challenging exercises and entertaining activities that encourage your team to problem solve.  After each activity, our professional staff provides you with feedback to further development of leadership.

The staff at Oxbow Meadows can customize a team building program for your corporate group, school group, or any other interested persons.
We strive to make the best experience for everyone participating in our team building program.

Teambuilding: Back to the Basics  

• 1-2 hour program
• $10 per hour
• Groups up to 50, divided into smaller groups for activities

 Low Ropes Challenge Course 

• 2-hour program
• Groups up to 50
• $20 per person
• Groups will be divided into 4 smaller groups and rotate through teambuilding activities and the challenge course 

Science of Leadership Workshop 

• 2-hour program
• Groups up to 50
• $20 per person
• Activities will include teambuilding, challenge course element, hands-on science experiments, and leadership challenges 

Survival Skills Workshop

• 2-hour program
• Groups up to 50
• $20 per person
• Activities will include teambuilding, challenge course element, orienteering, and tent building competition, and engineering challenges 

Guided Trail Hike and Eco Scavenger Hunt 

• 1-hour or more guided hike
• $10 per hour
• Participants will learn about local wildlife
• Binocular rental included 

Wildlife Presentation 

• For groups of up to 100 participants
• 1-hour program
• $10 a person
• Group will enjoy a wildlife presentation in the Oxbow auditorium 

Large Group Options 

For group of more than 50 participants

• Pricing and lengths:
  • 2-hour program for $15 a person
  • 3-hour program for $20 a person
• Groups will rotate through activities in small groups
• Programming options may include:
  • Teambuilding, Challenge Course, Wildlife presentation, hike and tour of the center
