Please note:
Rentals are only available if the building is not scheduled with an educational program.
We cannot guarentee the used of the building for any groups outside of those scheduled
with Oxbow Meadows.
Oxbow does not have a wedding package, please contact us if you are interested in
options for a small wedding gathering.

White Oak Room Rental

Discovery Forest Rental
- Picnic space for 50 people
- There are no rain alternative plans for this rental
Evening, Full Facility
- Access to entirety of Oxbow’s facility
- Events up to 100 people
- Additional fees are required, such as rental insurance, Aramark fees, and potentially coordinating with CSU.
Rental Prices:
- All rentals require a 2-hour minimum rental.
- Rental times are all inclusive, please allow a minimum of 30-minutes before and after for set up and clean up
Additional fees:
- All rentals must purchase rental insurance through CSU, please use link below to get a rate quote
- Rental add-on:
- 10x10 tents for $50
- Maximum of 5 tent
- 10x10 tents for $50
Availability:
Tuesday – Saturday
- 9am-4pm
Evening/After Hours events
- Set up can start as early as 3pm, all guests must depart by 10pm
For all rentals, please note that Oxbow Meadows is an educational facility and these events take priority. Please schedule in advance, especially during the school year to ensure your rental space.
Meals and Beverages:
- Catered meals must be scheduled through Aramark
- Outside food must be brought in by the group
- Drinks and coffee must be provided by the group or through Aramark
- Events that will include alcohol, must follow CSU policies and additional fees, please use link below to learn more
Note: Oxbow does not have inside space to seat 85-100 people for meals, groups must utilize multiple spaces at Oxbow
